Your responsibilities:

• IT project and process management
• Optimise and further develop processes from all areas of the management of the portfolio of insurance policies
• Coordinate tasks and communicate with our external IT service provider
• Further develop our core insurance system
• Act as an interface between IT and the other departments
• Create and maintain process and system documentation

Your profile

• Completed higher education in the field of business information systems or business administration
• Strong analytical skills, autonomous and independent worker and very good communication skills
• Ability to grasp new ideas quickly and integrated thinking
• Stylistically adept German and very good English skills
• Resilient and a team player
