Job Description

We are looking for you, an IT Solution Manager (m/f/diverse), to join our Information Technology team in the Business Area Applications for Purchasing, Finance, Integrity & Law.
The main objective of this position is the responsibility for the operation of applications in the area of Purchasing and Finance.
Core Responsibilities:

  • Working as an IT partner and IT provider with your customers in Purchasing, Finance, Integrity & Law
  • Ensure close cooperation with divisions/regional hubs as well as with internal and external partners
  • Responsible for handling of tickets, incidents and changes
  • Steer, plan and implement requested changes and extensions together with the business application manager / business key users
  • Controlling the budget for services and create order requisitions
  • Providing support for continuous optimization of individual applications, their strategies and architecture
  • Actively involved in global IT and business projects
  • Assisting in the development of global standards, strategies and concepts and their implementation in the area of Purchasing, Finance, Integrity & Law

Qualifications

  • Academic Degree in computer science, business administration, business informatics or comparable qualification
  • Experience in Purchasing and/or Finance and/or Integrity & Law processes appreciated
  • Several years of professional experience in IT service management or project environment
  • Knowledge or experience in service management, e.g. as a service or application owner
  • Knowledge of business analytics tools, cloud services, server management, SAP BW and Mendix
  • Experience in managing external service providers
  • Fluent English and German skills in written and spoken
  • Very good negotiation skills and ability to find workable solutions for all parties involved
  • Independent, structured, result- and customer-oriented working style
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Team player with willingness to work in a global team environment
