Ihre Aufgaben
Als Teamleiter (m/w/d) Core Functions innerhalb der R&D-Abteilung verantworten Sie die fachliche und disziplinarische Führung eines interdisziplinären Teams.
- Support für interne Abteilungen wie Service, Qualitätsmanagement (QM) oder Application Engineering.
- Industrialisierung in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Operations und Application Engineering zur Überführung neuer Entwicklungen in die Serienproduktion.
- Inhouse Consulting zu transversalen Themen wie Künstliche Intelligenz (KI), User Experience (UX), Maschinensicherheit, SPS-Programmierung sowie Detailkonstruktion inklusive Zeichnungserstellung.
- Strategische und operative Führung des Teams Core Functions innerhalb der R&D-Abteilung
- Sicherstellung einer effizienten Zusammenarbeit mit den produktorientierten Divisionen.
- Förderung der bereichsübergreifenden Zusammenarbeit und Entwicklung von Best Practices für Support, Industrialisierung und Inhouse Consulting.
- Weiterentwicklung der Teamkompetenzen und Etablierung neuer Technologien und Methoden in den genannten Bereichen.
- Koordination und Priorisierung von Projekten und Anfragen unter Berücksichtigung der Unternehmensziele.
- Schnittstelle zu internen und externen Stakeholdern, insbesondere in Richtung Operations, QM und Application Engineering.
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsstandards sowie relevanter Normen und Richtlinien.
Ihr Profil
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau, Mechatronik, Automatisierungstechnik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung.
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Leitung von interdisziplinären Teams, idealerweise im Forschungs- und Entwicklungsumfeld.
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in mindestens einem der Kernbereiche des Core Functions Teams (Support, Industrialisierung, Inhouse Consulting).
- Erfahrung in der Implementierung und Optimierung von Entwicklungsprozessen.
- Kenntnisse in SPS-Programmierung, Maschinensicherheit und Konstruktion von Vorteil.
- Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative, Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit.
- Fähigkeit, komplexe technische Fragestellungen strukturiert zu lösen und innovative Ansätze voranzutreiben.
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
