Ihre Aufgaben
· Einholung und Auswerten von Angeboten für den nationalen und internationalen Transport von Aufträgen
· Auftragsvergabe, Terminabsprache mit in- und externen Kunden und Speditionen (Versand national & international)
· Rechnungserstellung
· Erstellung der entsprechenden Versandunterlagen und Zolldokumente
· Überwachen der termin- und sachgerechten Auftragsabwicklung
· Kommunikation mit Behörden (BAFA, Zoll, IHK)
· Prüfung, Kontierung und Buchung von Speditionsrechnungen
· Schadenbearbeitung bei Transportschäden
· Abstimmung mit internen und externen Stakeholdern
Was Sie mitbringen
· Abgeschlossene 3-jährige Berufsausbildung zum/r Speditionskaufmann/-frau, Industriekaufmann/-frau oder vergleichbarer Abschluss; mehrjährige Berufserfahrung
· Berufserfahrung hinsichtlich Zoll, Ex- und Import wünschenswert
· Gute Englischkenntnisse
· Flexibilität, Belastbarkeit und Teamfähigkeit
