Die Cabot Aerogel GmbH stellt am Standort Frankfurt, Industriepark Höchst in einer verfahrenstechnischen Anlage Aerogel her. Hierbei handelt es sich um ein zukunftweisendes Material, das auf Grund seiner hervorragenden Dämmeigenschaften in vielen neuartigen und nachhaltigen Produkten Verwendung findet. Der Einsatz von Aerogel ist unser Beitrag zur Gestaltung einer energie- und ressourceneffizienten Zukunft.
Unser Werk gehört zur Cabot Corporation, einem global ausgerichteten Unternehmen mit Sitz in Boston, Massachusetts (USA). Cabot betreibt 40 Produktions-Standorte in 20 Ländern und beschäftigt weltweit ca. 4.500 Mitarbeiter.
Sie sind in Ihrer Rolle als Instandhaltungsleiter (M/W/D) am Standort Frankfurt verantwortlich für die Verfügbarkeit der Anlage, Erhöhung der Energieeffizienz und Optimierung von Arbeitsprozessen innerhalb der Abteilung.
Stelleninhalte
Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören
- Verantwortlich für Koordination und Kontrolle der Arbeitsvorbereitung der Instandhaltung in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Maintenance Supervisor Mechanik und EMSR unter Nutzung des ERP System JDE und Reparaturbuch
- Verantwortlich für die Erstellung, Durchführung und Unterstützung von Ursachenanalysen (RCA) bei technischen Fehlern oder Schäden
- Verantwortliche Planung und Durchführung von Stillständen im Bereich IH
- Verantwortlich für die Wartungs- und Instandhaltungsplanung und Durchführung für Anlage und Gebäude.
- Unterstützung der Projektabteilung bei allen Projekten/MOCs (Detailplanung, Umsetzung und Abnahme von Änderungen)
- Verantwortlich für die Aufnahme der Neuanlagen in Wartungs- und Instandhaltungsplanung
- Datenpflege der Anlagendokumentation im ERP-System (JDE)
- Erstellung und Pflege Mechanik & EMSR -spezifischer Dokumentation, Anlagendokumentation
- Überwachung der Arbeitsausführung, Termin- und Kostenüberwachung, Unterweisung bzw. Schulung aller Kontraktoren auf gültige Sicherheits- und Qualitätsvorschriften sowie Umweltschutz und Energiemanagement
- Überwachung und Bearbeitung von Rahmen- und Wartungsverträgen einschließlich Einholung von Dienstleistungsangeboten und Durchführung von Wareneingängen für Waren und Leistungen in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Einkauf
- Verantwortliche Mitwirkung bei der Führung des Ersatzteillager
- Unterstützung der Projekt- und Prozessabteilung bei der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung des Änderungsprozesses (MOC-Prozess)
- Eigenständige Ausarbeitung und Umsetzung von MOCs als Projektleiter
- Verantwortlich für die kontinuierliche Aktualisierung der Dokumente unter Berücksichtigung realisierter Änderungen und neuer Richtlinien sowie Vorschriften.
Anforderungen
Ausbildung / Erfahrung:
- Technisches Studium, Abschluss Ingenieur (FH oder Univ.) Anlagen-, Maschinenbau, Verfahrens-, Elektrotechnik
- Mindestens 10 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Instandhaltung in der chemischen Industrie
- Mindestens 3 Jahre Führungserfahrung
weitere fachliche und persönliche Anforderungen:
- Sehr gute fachliche Kenntnisse im Bereich Instandhaltung, Wartung, Umbau
- gute Kenntnisse in der Arbeitsplanung und Vorbereitung
- Gute Kenntnisse in der analytischen Auswertungsmethodik hinsichtlich Fehler- und Ursachenforschung (RCA)
- Gute Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Ausgeprägtes Kostenbewusstsein und finanztechnische Kenntnisse
- Schnelle Auffassungsgabe, Sorgfalt, Zuverlässigkeit, hohe Belastbarkeit und Eigeninitiative, Teamfähigkeit
- Führungsfähigkeit, Delegations- Durch- und Umsetzungsvermögen
