Deine Aufgaben
- Unsere E2E-Conversion-Funnel-Strategien werden dank Dir immer besser, denn Du analysierst unsere bestehenden Lead-Flows bis ins kleinste Detail und identifizierst und realisierst so kontinuierlich Optimierungsmöglichkeiten.
- Nicht nur Bestehendes entwickelst Du weiter, auch neue Wege gehst Du gekonnt: Du gewinnst neue und innovative Lead-Quellen, erstellst strategische Handlungsempfehlungen für die Lead-Generierung und bereitest sie in einem strukturiert-analytischen Lead-Reporting als Entscheidungsgrundlage für Vorstand, Management und Fachbereiche auf.
- Natürlich nimmst Du auch bei unserer Lead-Verteilung das Heft in die Hand, sorgst dafür, dass sie kanalübergreifend entlang des gesamten Sales-Funnel und aller Vertriebswege an der richtigen Adresse landen und nutzt dabei mit Köpfchen die neuen Möglichkeiten durch KI.
- Dabei schließt Du Dich konsequent mit Deinen Kolleg*innen - z. B. aus Produktmanagement, Marketing, Channels oder Sales - kurz, baust gemeinsam unsere Lead-Management-Strategie aus und optimierst die Customer Journey.
- Märkte, Wettbewerber und Trends durchleuchtest Du eingehend, erkennst Potenziale und Wachstumschancen und erschließt so im Handumdrehen neue Lead-Quellen.
- Bei alldem managst Du auch in komplexen Situationen souverän alle Stakeholder und verantwortest Themen, Analysen und Teilprojekte eigenständig und end-to-end, erfolgreich und effektiv.
Dein Profil
- Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften o. Ä. oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Channel Management sowie der Zusammenarbeit mit digitalen und vertrieblichen Schnittstellen, idealerweise im Kredit- oder Immobilienfinanzierungsumfeld
- Tiefgehendes Verständnis für digitale Funnels (Web & App), Tracking, Attribution und Customer Journeys
- Fit in MS Office, gängigen Tools zur Datenabfrage & -analyse, der Erstellung quantitativer Business Cases sowie hochwertiger Management-Unterlagen
- Sicherer Umgang mit Daten. KPIs und Performance-Methodiken
- Ausgeprägte analytische, strategische und konzeptionelle Denkweise mit hoher Ownership-Mentalität, Eigenverantwortung und Umsetzungsstärke
- Kommunikationsgeschick, souveränes und selbstbewusstes Stakeholder-Management
- Fähigkeit, über den eigenen Horizont hinaus zu denken und nachhaltige Lösungen zu entwickeln
- Gutes Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
