Wir freuen uns auf Deine Unterstützung in unseren fünf großen Vorstandsbereichen Business Banking, CEO, CRO, CFO und Private Individuals bei allen HR-Themen!

Deine Aufgaben

• Bei uns ist jeder Tag anders, denn als HR Business Partner begleiten wir - und damit demnächst auch Du - Führungskräfte auf unterschiedlichen Ebenen aus den Bereichen Business Banking, CEO, CRO, CFO & Private Individuals an vier Standorten in strategischen Personalthemen.
• Dabei gestaltest Du mit uns gemeinsam Konzepte zu vielfältigen HR-Prozessen, wie Talent Management, Personalentwicklung, Performance Management und Diversity.
• Auch in andere Organisationsthemen, etwa die Zusammenarbeit mit Betriebsräten, die Anwendung von Vergütungsmodellen oder Durchführung der jährlichen Bonus- und Gehaltsrunde, bekommst Du Einblicke und übernimmst einzelne Aufgaben.
• Du bearbeitest selbstständig eigene kleine Projekte und gut abgrenzbare Aufgaben, die auf das große Ganze und die strategischen Initiativen der Bank einzahlen.
• Darüber hinaus bist Du in der Vorbereitung von HR-Veranstaltungen für Mitarbeiter*innen und Führungskräfte mittendrin statt nur dabei, organisierst und koordinierst, bringst eigene Ideen mit ein und setzt sie um.
• Insgesamt lernst Du viele verschiedene Aspekte der lokalen sowie globalen HR-Arbeit und auch andere HR-Teams kennen und arbeitest schon bald aktiv an Change-Prozessen mit.
• Und mit Deinen gewonnenen Erkenntnissen erstellst Du durchdachte Analysen und Reports, die uns helfen, strategische Handlungsempfehlungen zu Themen wie Nachfolgeplanung und Personalentwicklung zu treffen.

Dein Profil

• Immatrikuliert im Bachelor / Master (Wirtschafts-, Rechts- oder Geisteswissenschaften) oder im Gap Year zwischen Bachelor- und Master-Studium
• Erste Erfahrung im Personalbereich einer Bank, in der Industrie oder Beratung liegt vor
• Zahlenaffinität sowie gute Grundkenntnisse in Excel und PowerPoint
• Idealerweise Kenntnisse in Workday und / oder SAP
• Sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten und eigenständige Arbeitsweise
• Neugier, Zielstrebigkeit und Spaß an der Arbeit im Team
• Kommunikationsgeschick auf Deutsch und Englisch
• Verfügbar für 6 Monate ab Januar / Februar 2027 (bitte gib den genauen Zeitraum inkl. Startdatum im Anschreiben an)
