Deine Aufgaben

• Die operativen End-to-End-Prozesse im COO Business Banking sind bei Dir in den besten Händen: Du tauchst tief in Abläufe ein und entwickelst sie mit Blick auf Qualität, Effizienz, Kundenerlebnis und Skalierbarkeit weiter.
• Wo können wir besser, einfacher oder schneller werden? Du schaust genau hin, identifizierst Potenziale für Operational Excellence, Automatisierung, Digitalisierung und den Einsatz von AI und entwickelst daraus konkrete Initiativen.
• Dabei hast Du die Menschen hinter den Prozessen immer im Blick und übersetzt die Anforderungen von Kund*innen und Mitarbeitenden in Verbesserungen, die im Alltag ankommen.
• Deine Ideen bringst Du gemeinsam mit den relevanten Stakeholdern in die Umsetzung. In Projekten, Transformationen und bereichsübergreifenden Change-Initiativen vertrittst Du souverän die Operations-Perspektive und sorgst dafür, dass aus Konzepten tragfähige Lösungen werden.
• Indem Du operative Anforderungen priorisierst, steuerst und Tests sowie Implementierungen koordinierst, stellst Du die operative Readiness sicher. Damit neue Produkte, Prozesse und Features nicht nur konzeptionell gut aussehen, sondern auch im Betrieb einwandfrei funktionieren.
• Mit aussagekräftigen Management-Reportings, KPIs und Entscheidungsgrundlagen schaffst Du Transparenz und gibst dem Management wichtige Impulse für die Steuerung der operativen Performance. Oder anders gesagt: Du machst Fortschritt und Wirkung sichtbar.
• Auch dort, wo es um Governance, Risiken und regulatorische Anforderungen geht, bist Du eine feste Größe. Du begleitest Audit-, Risiko-, Compliance- und Kontrollthemen und berätst die Fachbereiche dabei, Anforderungen wirksam und pragmatisch umzusetzen.
• Bei alldem arbeitest Du über Bereichs- und Ländergrenzen hinweg und bringst internationale Stakeholder zusammen. So leistest Du einen wichtigen Beitrag zum One-Bank-Modell und dazu, dass die operative Transformation bei der ING nachhaltig Wirkung entfaltet.

Dein Profil

• Abgeschlossenes Studium oder vergleichbare Ausbildung, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Prozess- oder Changemanagement, Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einem verwandten Fachgebiet
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Banking-Operations-, Governance-, Risk-, Audit- oder Change-Management-Umfeld
• Fundierte Kenntnisse regulatorischer Anforderungen, interner Kontrollsysteme sowie von Governance- und Compliance-Prozessen
• Praxis in Prozessoptimierung, -design und -dokumentation sowie Digitalisierung und Projektmanagement
• Sichere Steuerung komplexer Stakeholder-Landschaften sowie Erfahrung in der bereichsübergreifenden Zusammenarbeit
• Idealerweise Erfahrung in Reporting, Business Process Modelling, Changemanagement sowie in der Bewertung und Umsetzung regulatorischer Anforderungen
• Analytische, strukturierte, lösungs- und kundenorientierte Arbeitsweise
• Freude daran, Veränderungen aktiv voranzutreiben und neue Ideen, Technologien sowie innovative Arbeitsweisen erfolgreich einzusetzen
• Offen für kulturelle Vielfalt in einem international geprägten Umfeld
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
