Deine Aufgaben
- „Hallo Computer“ - Sprachsteuerung und Chatbots sind längst im Alltag unserer Kund*innen angekommen. Daher brauchen wir Menschen wie Dich, die mit Analysegeschick und Python-Skills komplexe Daten strukturieren, visualisieren und vor allem so auswerten können, dass ein echter Mehrwert entsteht.
- Du schließt Dich eng mit den Fachbereichen kurz, tauchst in ihre produkt- und prozessbezogenen Kontexte ein, durchdringst die analytischen Anforderungen und entwickelst so maßgeschneiderte Analysen.
- Und damit alle auf einer Wellenlänge sind, erstellst Du anschauliche Visualisierungen, kommunizierst Deine Ergebnisse verständlich und identifizierst proaktiv Erkenntnisse sowie mögliche Handlungsempfehlungen.
- Klar, dass Du bei alldem immer auf der Suche nach Wegen bist, wie Deine Analysen noch besser und effizienter werden können und automatisierst via Scripting und Coding wiederkehrende Routineaufgaben.
Dein Profil
- Abgeschlossenes Bachelor- / Masterstudium in Mathematik, Statistik, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Finanzen, Ingenieurwesen oder einem vergleichbaren quantitativen Fachbereich
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in Python zur Datenverarbeitung, statistischer Analyse und Visualisierung
- Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von Conversational-AI-Lösungen
- Solides Verständnis statistischer Analysen und klassischer Modellierungstechniken sowie deren Anwendung auf praxisnahe Geschäftsprobleme
- Erfahrung in der Kommunikation technischer Konzepte an ein nicht-technisches Publikum
- Ausgeprägte analytische Denkweise sowie selbstständige, proaktive Arbeitsweise
- Internationale Projekterfahrung von besonderem Vorteil
- Innovationsfreude und ein Sinn für nachhaltige Lösungen
- Fließendes Englisch in Wort und Schrift, Deutsch ist von Vorteil
