Tasks
Assist in the development and execution of the SunExpress your benefits loyalty program to drive high quality engagement, increase member count, increase flight and ancillary bookings and drive revenue growth.
- Work closely with the marketing lead to build strategic campaigns, utilize your analytical skills to optimize program performance.
- Assist in the development and implementation of the partnerships marketing plan.
- Support the day-to-day loyalty program and affiliates operations of multiple active partners including managing content and messages updates.
- Assist in the development of marketing assets to support your benefits shop performance and engagement.
- Assist in tracking, analyzing and reporting KPI´s like traffic, conversion rates and revenues.
- Act as key point of contact to develop relationships with current and new affiliates partners to increase traffic and accelerate revenue growth.

Requirements
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Loyalty Programs.
- Initial experience with Affiliate marketing platforms like AWIN, CJ Publishers, Rakuten Advertising, among others.
- Partnership management.
- A strong eagerness to learn and work.
What we expect:
- You are currently pursuing university studies in business, economics, media, or a comparable field.ou have initial experience in affiliates marketing.
- You possess a structured, independent working style and have a quick grasp of new concepts.
- You are detail-oriented.
- You are motivated, proactive, and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- You have experience using MS Office and agile tools.
- The role can be performed full-time or part-time according to Semester and holidays
