To round off our motivated team, we are looking for a Technical Consultant (m/f/d) ERP 80-100% for the South Tyrol region

Your tasks

• Technical support for our customers and sales partners regarding our CAD software ATHENA / AutoCAD® and APOLLON / Inventor®
• Delivery of customer training on-site at our customers' premises or online
• Close collaboration with our sales and development team to continuously improve our products
• Use of modern tools and systems such as ATHENA, AutoCAD, APOLLON, Inventor, MS Office 365 including Teams, GoToTraining, cloud-based CRM/ticket system and Jira

Your profile

• Completed technical education or comparable qualification
• Professional experience in metal construction, facade engineering, building envelopes, steel and glass construction or advantageous in a planning office
• Good knowledge of AutoCAD® and Inventor® - ideally also with Revit®
• Experience with ATHENA and/or APOLLON
• Secure handling of MS Office
• Structured, independent working style and enjoyment of dealing with customers
• Good written and spoken English
• French and/or Italian language skills an advantage
• Willingness to travel for training courses and client meetings
