Your Role

• Global System Ownership: Together with your team, you are responsible for the entire global IT landscape for Supply Chain Planning (S&OP, RCCP, Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling) across all Döhler legal entities
• Build & Run: You drive the implementation of strategic projects while ensuring stable operations by supporting Key and End Users via our global ticket system
• Digital Transformation: You spearhead the digitalization of planning processes, from long-term Forecasting to Detailed Scheduling and the handover to production execution (MES), by identifying emerging technologies and industry best practices to maintain our position as a digital leader
• SAP Core Integration: You oversee the seamless integration and optimization of SAP IBP and S/4HANA (PP-PI), with a specific focus on embedded PP/DS (ePP/DS)
• End-to-End Management: You manage the full project lifecycle, including scoping, resource allocation, and budget management for all planning-related IT initiatives
• Strategic Architecture: You actively shape and improve the company’s IT strategy and architecture as a vital part of our digitalization roadmap
• Leadership: You lead, mentor, and develop your team of skilled experts located across our IT Hubs in Europe, Turkey, and India
• Governance & Culture: You ensure comprehensive documentation of all planning processes and foster a collaborative, innovative, and high-performance work environment

Your Profile

• Education: You have successfully completed your studies in (Business) Informatics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Professional Experience: You have proven experience in a similar role, managing the development and maintenance of complex Supply Chain Planning IT applications
• Technical Expertise: You possess strong hands-on experience and deep knowledge of SAP IBP and S/4HANA
• Specialized Knowledge: Specific expertise in embedded PP/DS (ePP/DS) is a core requirement for this role
• Leadership & Project Management: Your career reflects strong leadership skills and a track record of driving large-scale IT projects to successful completion within scope and budget
• Process Understanding: You have a profound understanding of end-to-end planning and production processes, including S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning), RCCP (Rough-Cut Capacity Planning) and Detailed Scheduling
• Soft Skills: Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills allow you to align effectively with global stakeholders at all levels of the organization
• Languages & Mobility: You are fluent in English and German and enjoy traveling to our national and international locations occasionally (
