Your Responsibilities

• Coordinating and monitoring appointments and calendars
• Organizing video conferences, meetings, and workshops, including preparation and follow-up
• Booking meeting rooms and supporting internal and external guests
• Preparing presentations, reports, handouts, and business documents
• Managing professional email and telephone correspondence
• Handling user access management in line with internal compliance standards
• Supporting invoice processing and material management
• Organizing business trips and processing travel expense reports
• Managing procurement processes for goods and external service providers

Your Profile

• Commercial training or similar qualification
• Experience in an assistant, administrative, or office support role
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Organized and reliable working style
• Service-oriented and proactive mindset
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication skills in an international environment
• Very good German and English skills, written and spoken
