Your Mission:
Lead the design and delivery of integrated SAP solutions during pre-sales engagements, ensuring alignment with client needs and business strategy. Collaborate across functions to craft best-fit solutions encompassing business, technical, commercial, and delivery requirements. Support the sales process by developing operating, delivery, and governance models, as well as estimation, costing, and pricing.

Your daily work
- Lead RFI/RFP Activities: Manage end-to-end RFI/RFP or pre-sales activities, ensuring alignment with client needs.
- Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their current business and technical challenges, as well as their future requirements, to provide tailored solutions.
- Design and Analysis: Design sourcing strategy, operating model, business/technical processes for our clients to set up multi location delivery organizations
- Single Point of Contact: Serve as the main liaison between clients and Accenture delivery centers to ensure smooth solution development and handover.
- Process Compliance and Business Development: Utilize personal experience with Accenture's methodologies to design optimal solutions, ensure process compliance, and meet business development targets.

Qualifikationen
Your qualifications
- 10+ years of overall experience with 2+ years’ experience as a solution architect / pre-sales. Proven expertise in SAP S/4HANA, ECC, and at least one SAP module (e.g., Finance, Sales & Distribution, Materials Management).
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree. An additional Master’s degree will be an added advantage
- Ability to develop, present, and implement System Integration solutions from both technical and commercial perspectives. Understanding of estimation, costing, pricing functions and ability to build commercial/financials models
- Experience leading SAP projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and adapting to different client needs. Good understanding of SAP integrations, SAP BTP, and cloud technologies
- Strong communication skills, confidence in managing diverse stakeholders, and fluency in English and German.
