Pearson PTE business line is looking for a talented Senior Digital Sales to support our activities within the Sales Department - turning data into insights and commercial opportunities collaborating with stakeholders inside and outside of the department, responsible for the following primary focus:
Responsible for the following primary focus:
- Achieve the assigned digital sales target for PTE Academic in Greater China with the support of the enablement team (marketing, legal, and finance team, etc.)
- Work with Senior Digital Sales Manager to identify, build, and maintain the PTE influencers workforce to convert prospective English language test takers to choose PTE
- Become an expert on customer personas and segments to support PTE influencers to develop proper influential content on digital platforms that drive penetration of PTE products.
- Existing PTE digital sales channel operation support
- The development and operation of emerging social media
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
- 3+ years in operating social media channels, MCN related experience preferred, less experienced candidate can be considered for the Digital Sales role
- Excellent command of the English Language, Cantonese speaking preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral) and demonstrate ability to develop and manage professional relationships across a variety of stakeholder groups.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and proactive; could deliver results under pressure and limited resources
- Highly self-motivated and good team player
