Your Responsibilities
- Independent processing of accounts payable and accounts receivable as well as travel expense claims, including invoice verification and account reconciliation
- Sound knowledge of balance sheets and profit and loss statements is desirable
- Familiar with working on multiple accounting clients or companies and handling them in a careful and structured manner, as well as being able to prioritise and organise tasks
- Point of contact for internal departments regarding accounting-related matters
Your Profile
- You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or hold a comparable qualification, with a sound knowledge of financial accounting; additional knowledge of payroll accounting would be desirable
- They combine practical experience with sound theoretical knowledge
- You are pragmatic, reliable and able to cope well under pressure, and you work meticulously and independently - a hands-on approach is desirable
- You speak German very well and are confident in applying your excellent knowledge of Datev and Excel
- You have the ability to work on several accounts simultaneously whilst maintaining your focus, and to adapt to changing circumstances
- You are interested in project work and are willing to adapt to new challenges
