As a Referent Business Continuity Management LH Group, you will be responsible for the implementation and continuous development of Business Continuity Management at LH Group level and will perform the following tasks.
Establishment, optimization and further development of LH Group-wide processes within the field of "Business Continuity Management", taking into account Group-specific requirements
Implementation of overarching process changes in the operational context, advice on adjustments in the sense of the Group optimum and decision-making
Coordination of the LH Group's services and performance in the area of "Business Continuity Management"
Developing and providing templates, tools and other (also IT) tools to support BCM in the BUs and central units
Conducting training courses (classroom training, WBT) and workshops (impact analysis, BCP)

Ihr Profil

You are interested and have the following qualifications:
A completed degree (Bachelor/Master) in business administration, controlling, law or comparable
Or comparable several years of relevant professional experience in the field of business continuity management, analysis and risk management
Experience in process management, quality management
Strong political skills in dealing with committees
Ability to work in an interdisciplinary and holistic target-oriented manner
Ability and willingness to adapt own strategies, goals and tasks to changing situations
Very good knowledge of German and English (business fluent)
Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills
Ability to travel internationally (also to crisis and risk areas)
