Tasks
- Lead and manage major cross-functional projects (using classical or hybrid approaches) from initiation to successful completion
- Steer the project portfolio by prioritizing initiatives, aligning resources, managing reporting, project controlling and supporting project managers across the organization
- Closely collaborate with the global management team and project leads to ensure alignment and transparency
- Further develop and enforce the use of professional project management standards, methods (incl. OKRs), and tools
- Represent projects and the project portfolio to internal and external stakeholders
- Proactively identify risks and issues, and develop viable solutions and mitigation strategies
- Ensure compliance with legal and data protection requirements throughout all project phases

Requirements
- University degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field
- 5+ years in managing complex, strategic projects
- Experience in portfolio management, project governance, stakeholder management
- Knowledge of classical/hybrid PM methods and OKR
- Strong in resource/risk management and performance reporting
- Skilled in PM tools and MS Office (e.g., MS Project, Confluence, Jira)
- Fluent in English; German a plus
- Analytical, structured, and self-driven work style
- Strong communication across functions and cultures
- Team player in cross-functional, international settings
- Resilient under pressure and in dynamic environments
- Handles conflicting priorities and tight deadlines transparently
- Confident in alignment and decision-making
