Project leader with a focus on industrial construction in full-time (all genders)

at the earliest possible date for our offices in Darmstadt or Frankfurt am Main
Your tasks:

• Taking responsibility for the planning, coordination and implementation of medium-sized and larger industrial construction projects (especially data centres) in work phases 1-5 together with project management
• Preparation of schedules
• Leading and motivating the project team
• Coordinating the specialist planning
• Regular coordination with authorities and clients
• Ensuring compliance with quality, schedule and cost specifications
• Identifying and solving problems in the course of the project
• Conceptual development and preparation of drafts and compilation of building application documents

Your profile

• A completed degree in architecture (comparable to Dipl.-Ing., Master) Very good knowledge of planning processes
• At least 5 years of professional experience as a project leader in an architectural office, ideally in the field of industrial construction (data centres)
• Structured and results-orientated way of working as well as coordination skills and persuasiveness
• Leadership qualities and ability to work in a team
• Very good communication skills
• Experienced in project management with ARCHICAD (2D and 3D), Autodesk Revit, Adobe and MS Office
• High quality awareness in the planning process
• Creative skills
• The ability to clearly implement creative concepts
• Initiative, organisational talent
• Enjoyment of teamwork
• Business fluent German
• Class B car driving licence
• High level of flexibility and commitment
