Product Cybersecurity Manager (m/f/d)

Your tasks:
Manage security projects, defining milestones and success criteria, resource allocation and successful on-time delivery
Assist security project stakeholders in achieving security design and architecture requirements and communicate residual risk status to the appropriate party
Drive cross-project efforts, define well-considered objectives and metrics, and collect and analyze data to guide decision-making and affect change
Develop and guide deployment plans and communication with direct stakeholders
Coordinate between different security project teams and set clear expectations about responsibilities
Collaborate on strategy and direction with organizational stakeholders
Assist defining business requirements and roadmaps in alignment with the overall security strategy

Your profile

Academic degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Security or related disciplines
Several years of work experience in information security, program/project management, or similar
Deep knowledge in data analytics (gather and interpret complex qualitative or quantitative data)
Expert-knowledge in a wide range of information IT security technologies, embedded security, as well as platforms
Familiarity/experience with compliance programs and standards such as ISO/SAE 21434, UNECE R155, GDPR as well as cryptographic and communication protocol know-how
Experience in driving security projects end-to-end independently, including evaluating, defining and improving end-to-end processes
Fluent English skills written and spoken
