Your tasks

• Management of digital transformation and cross-functional change process for sustainable and successful development of the organization.
• Supporting the management team in developing visions and goals for digital transformation.
• Analysis of business processes and derivation of digital optimization potentials in close collaboration with experts from growth areas.
• Implementation of the Digi-Roadmap based on a thorough analysis of the current status and collaboration with stakeholders to ensure the implementation.
• Ongoing support and/or ad-hoc assistance with delivery/service issues at the interfaces between front and back office, for example by handling inquiries from fund accounting and asset management as well as external service providers.
• Promotion of innovative and digital thinking through agile work methods
• Supporting the development of digital skills, including training employees on new tools and methods.
• As part of the business support team, you will also take on business support-related tasks as needed.

Your skills

• Master's or Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification with several years of practical experience
• Fluent command of the English and German language in speech and writing.
• Professional experience in operational roles or process organizations in similar industries, with a deep understanding of end-to-end processes (ideally including master data).
• Combination of strategic and operational awareness in quality management.
• Deep and practical experience with project management and successful change management.
• Detailed knowledge of end-to-end processes and the associated functions within the value chain (understanding the big picture, out-of-the-box thinking, and interdisciplinary approach)
• Experience in fund accounting and/or asset management industry.
• Experience in working with SimCorp Dimension
