Deine Mission

Als Platform Product Owner (m/w/d) trägst Du die Verantwortung für das Fundament, auf dem alle myneva-Produkte aufbauen. Dein Ziel ist es, eine skalierbare, sichere und leistungsstarke Plattform zu entwickeln, die mit ihren zentralen Softwarekomponenten und ihrer Infrastruktur als Integrations- und Innovationsbasis unseres Produktportfolios dient. In enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Entwicklungsteam übersetzt Du strategische Anforderungen in konkrete Aufgaben, die den größtmöglichen Wert für die gesamte Produktlandschaft schaffen.

Deine Aufgaben

• Entwicklung und kontinuierliche Schärfung einer klaren Plattform-Vision, die Geschäftswert, Sicherheit und technologische Innovationskraft verbindet.
• Übersetzung von Anforderungen aus Markt, Kunden und internen Produkt-Teams in eine Plattform-Roadmap, Epics und User Stories.
• Verantwortung für Schnittstellen, APIs, Datenmodelle und Integrationsmechanismen, die eine nahtlose Zusammenarbeit unserer Produkte ermöglichen.
• Erstellung, Pflege und Priorisierung des Plattform-Backlogs
• Zusammenarbeit mit:

o Engineering Management (technische Umsetzung, Architekturentscheidungen)
o Anderen Product Ownern (fachliche Anforderungen und Produktintegration)

• Security, Compliance und IT-Operations (Sicherheits-, Datenschutz- und Regulatorik-Themen
• Balance zwischen kurzfristigem Business-Bedarf und langfristigen Investitionen in Skalierbarkeit und Nachhaltigkeit.

Dein Profil

• Abgeschlossenes Studium oder vergleichbare Ausbildung im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft und/oder IT
• Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im agilen Software-Produktmanagement, idealerweise im Bereich Plattformen oder Integrationslösungen sowie im Umgang mit komplexen Anforderungslandschaften
• Fähigkeit, komplexe technische Inhalte verständlich und zielgruppengerecht aufzubereiten • Kommunikationsstärke und Freude daran, verschiedene Stakeholder auf eine gemeinsame Plattform-Vision einzuschwören
• Grundlegendes technisches Verständnis in Bereichen wie Software- und CloudArchitekturen, APIs, Datenmodelle und DevOps-Prinzipien ist von Vorteil
• Eigeninitiative, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und hoher Qualitätsanspruch
• Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, weitere Sprachen wie z.B. Deutsch von Vorteil

Your mission

As a Platform Product Owner (m/f/d), you are responsible for the foundation on which all myneva products are built. Your goal is to develop a scalable, secure, and high-performance platform that, with its core software components and infrastructure, serves as the integration and innovation backbone of our product portfolio. In close collaboration with the development team, you translate strategic requirements into concrete tasks that create the maximum value for the entire product landscape.
Your Responsibilities

• Develop and continuously refine a clear platform vision that combines business value, security, and technological innovation.
• Translate requirements from the market, customers, and internal product teams into a platform roadmap, epics, and user stories.
• Take ownership of interfaces, APIs, data models, and integration mechanisms that enable seamless collaboration across our products.
• Create, maintain, and prioritize the platform backlog.
• Collaborate with: Engineering Management (technical implementation, architectural decisions)
• Other Product Owners (business requirements and product integration)

• Security, Compliance, and IT Operations (security, data protection, and regulatory topics)
• Balance short-term business needs with long-term investments in scalability and sustainability.

Your profile

• Completed degree or equivalent qualification in Business Administration and/or IT.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in agile software product management, ideally in platforms or integration solutions, as well as experience handling complex requirement landscapes.
• Ability to present complex technical content clearly and in a target-group-oriented manner. Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for aligning various stakeholders around a shared platform vision.
• Basic technical understanding in areas such as software and cloud architectures, APIs, data models, and DevOps principles is an advantage.
• Self-initiative, structured working style, and high quality standards.
• Excellent English skills, both written and spoken; additional languages such as German are an advantage.
