Tasks
Your responsibilities will include, among other things:
- Continuously optimizing the global Lufthansa Cargo Road Feeder network and its performance based on capacity and flight schedule scenarios
- Analyzing performance data and deriving control measures to sustainably improve quality and cost efficiency
- Conducting the Road Feeder network budget process and deriving operational targets, creating reports and monitoring systems, as well as controlling network results
- Further developing methods, IT tools, and processes within Road Feeder Management
- Ensuring smooth cooperation with Road Feeder Services carriers and Lufthansa Cargo internal interfaces (e.g., Procurement, Handling, Sales)
- Initiating and implementing innovative concepts and processes for a profitable, flexible, and sustainable RFS Management

Requirements
What you bring to the table:
- A completed university degree, preferably in economics, industrial engineering, business informatics, or equivalent knowledge and skills acquired through relevant education and professional experience
- Many years of professional experience in the commercial area of an airline and/or in logistics or freight forwarding is desirable
- Results-oriented, cross-company thinking and action
- Strong planning, coordination, and organizational skills; decisiveness
- Excellent analytical and conceptual thinking; strong presentation skills
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and guide employees
- Confident demeanor with persuasive and assertive capabilities
- High flexibility and self-initiative
- Resilience and willingness to travel
- English: business fluent
