Aufgaben
- Lead Digitalization Projects: Independently coordinate and execute development projects that drive innovation and efficiency.
- Advise and Collaborate: Support internal teams on technical challenges and work closely with suppliers to deliver smart solutions.
- Shape the Future: Research and implement cutting-edge systems and machine control technologies, setting new standards for automation.
- Define Strategy & Standards: Develop and execute our digitalization strategy, identify skill needs, and contribute to the standardization of machine control components.
- Turn Data into Insights: Analyze and interpret data to guide decisions and improve performance.
- Foster Collaboration: Coordinate citizen development initiatives with Microsoft Power Platform and engage with internal communities to share best practices.
- Drive Global Impact: Work across all locations to ensure alignment and deliver results that matter.
Profil
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Relevant Field; advanced degree preferred or compensating years of experience
Specified Years of Industry-relevant experience
Specified Years of Relevant Leadership experience
Relevant certifications, system experience, and training
Professional-Level English language skills preferred
