What you can expect
As a Junior Manager Global Market Entry Management, you'll be part of the Global Market Entry team responsible for the upcoming Generic launches. Here, you will have the opportunity to support the team on upcoming launches, driving market understanding through data-driven insights. Your work will directly influence our strategic decisions and contribute to our success.

• You manage the end-to-end market entry process for upcoming Generics & Specialty Generics launches
• You proactively collaborate with cross-functional project teams and market units to ensure timely launch
• You support strategic consultation of project teams regarding market insights for upcoming product launches
• You support demand evaluation and sales forecasts for product launches based on market research and market insights
• You communicate with affiliates (market units) on upcoming launches and support alignment on market entry strategy
• You analyze performance after launch to improve future launch activities

Who are we looking for

• You have a degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field
• You possess first-hand experience in the pharmaceutical industry, ideally in market entry strategy, launch management, sales, or marketing
• You demonstrate strong analytical skills and familiarity with pharmaceutical market research methodologies
• You have knowledge of international pharmaceutical markets and reimbursement systems
• You exhibit demonstrated agility and flexibility in working with cross-functional and international teams
• You have an excellent command of English, both written and spoke
• The position is fixed-term for 18 months
