Tasks
Our company is looking for a dedicated intern for internal communication, event management, the organization of internal recruiting, the organization of events, as well as the support and coordination of the PR team.
- Creation and publication of internal communications, circulars and newsletters
- Ensuring internal communication via various channels (intranet, emails, Teams, Look, Yammer, etc.)
- Creating presentations, videos and materials for internal training courses and meetings
- Coordination and organization of internal events
- Supporting the implementation of change processes through targeted communication measures
- Developing and implementing measures to motivate and retain operational employees
- Support and coordination of the PR team Planning and implementation of marketing activities
- Taking on administrative and coordinative activities in applicant management

Requirements
- Enrollment for the entire duration of the internship
- To complete an internship in our department, you must be in at least your third semester of study at the time of the internship. A current certificate of enrollment and a mandatory internship certificate must be enclosed.
- You are a team player and enjoy working with people
- You have good written and verbal communication skills in German and English
- You are confident in using MS Office (especially PowerPoint, Word and Excel)
- You are creative and have an eye for appealing visual design
- You are a talented organizer with an independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working and you have experience in planning and implementing events
- You have an understanding of change management processes and motivation strategies
