Tasks

As an intern (m/f/diverse) Human Resources you will be responsible for the following topics, among others:

• Coordination and support of administrative processes in the team, e.g. appointment coordination, mail
• Administrative support for HR consultants in day-to-day operations
• Data maintenance in HR-specific tools and files
• Collaboration on working time issues
• Processing internal HR knowledge management
• Designing and revising the HR presence on the Lufthansa Systems intranet
• Support in current HR projects

Requirements

• Enrollment for the entire period of the internship (current certificate of enrollment and written proof of mandatory internship must be enclosed with the application)
• Students of business administration, economics or similar
• Initial experience in human resources desirable, e.g. through an internship
• Good knowledge of Microsoft (O365, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Willingness to learn and analytical thinking
• Independence, diligence and reliability
• Enjoy teamwork
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
