Internship HR Management Cabin Crews

For our Group company Deutsche Lufthansa AG we are looking for you as an intern in the HR Management Cabin Crews department.

• Participating in supporting and advising Frankfurt-based cabin crew members on HR-related matters
• Supporting specialist departments on HR, collective bargaining, and policy topics
• Gaining insights into operational HR management processes and collaborating with key stakeholders and co-determination bodies
• Assisting with HR projects and supporting the Head of Department on selected topics
• Collaborating closely with the HR Management Cabin Crews Munich team
• Gaining insights into the daily operations of cabin crew employees
• Supporting the team in day-to-day HR activities
• Gain practical experience by independently managing smaller HR processes and assignments

Ihr Profil

• You are studying business administration, economics or social sciences, management, business law or a comparable course of study and are at least in your third semester
• You are enrolled for the entire duration of the internship (please enclose a current certificate of enrollment andproof of compulsory internship )
• You have a very good command of German and English
• You have good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
• You have a high degree of initiative, independence, flexibility and commitment
• You have strong communication and teamwork skills
• You work carefully, in a structured and systematic manner
• You are organized, goal-oriented and approach tasks in a structured way
• You have high quality standards for your own work results
