Tasks
Our Lufthansa Group portfolio includes all types of real estate that an aviation group needs - from exciting office buildings for employees and various lounge concepts for our passengers to huge aircraft maintenance hangars, special properties and workshops.
- Participation in challenging real estate projects both domestically and internationally, while gaining comprehensive insights into various areas of real estate management
- Gain practical experience with a focus on planning and execution of lounge construction projects, including international initiatives
- Support a variety of lounge construction projects
- Assist with strategic projects in New Workplace Solutions, space management, infrastructure facility management
- Support the analysis of potential investments (market and location research as well as financial feasibility assessments)
- Assist in facility management activities (quality management, service provider coordination, digitalization of facility management)
- Support environmental management initiatives (water protection and waste management)

Requirements
If you recognize yourself in the following requirements, we look forward to receiving your application.
- At least 3rd semester of a degree course in real estate management, business administration or economics, law, architecture, interior design, civil engineering, environmental engineering or similar.
- Enrollment for the entire period of the internship (current enrollment certificate and written proof of mandatory internship must be enclosed) or internship between Bachelor's and Master's degree (gap year)
- Basic knowledge in the field of real estate management
- Strong analytical, conceptual and organizational skills
- Very good knowledge of the common MS Office programs
- Fluent written and spoken German and English
- Reliability and sociability
- Independent and proactive way of working
- Quick comprehension skills
