Tasks
Your main tasks:
- You will support the OKR Program Lead and Group-wide OKR responsible with the community sessions: planning, logistics and communication
- You will support with the creation of OKR materials and resources: course, podcasts, training sheets etc.
- You will be actively engaged in several OKR framework management topics and collaborate with other OKR Community Members
- You will be responsible for the communication plan rolled out across the group promoting the OKR initiatives and events, learnings and successes
- You will handle several administrative tasks such as event organization, contact with external speakers, as well as event and content calendars

Requirements
Your Profile
- You are at least in the 3rd semester of a degree program with a focus on Communication Science, Social Sciences, Business or Economics
- You are enrolled for the entire period of the internship (current certificate of enrollment and a proof of mandatory internship must be enclosed with the application) or the internship between the Bachelor's and Master's degree program (gap year)
- Outstanding command of both written and verbal communication in English, German is valued but not mandatory.
- Ability to communicate effective messaging and structure content.
- Strong critical thinking and organizational skills
- Strong ability to understand and apply methodologies and frameworks.
- Interest in Performance management and strategy execution frameworks
