We are looking for a forward-thinking HR Operations Manager to lead our cross-border HR team through a period of significant business transformation, leveraging technology and process innovation to enhance the employee experience across the entire employee lifecycle.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of HR Generalists and Working Students
- Partner with employees, managers, and business leaders to provide expert HR support and guidance.
- Drive operational excellence through process improvements, automation, and the adoption of new technologies.
- Oversee the full employee lifecycle, ensuring a seamless employee experience from hire to exit.
- Manage external payroll providers to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant payroll delivery.
- Optimize HR systems to enhance efficiency, reporting, and data quality.
- Standardize and streamline HR processes to improve service delivery, compliance, and employee satisfaction.
- Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to deliver HR initiatives and support business transformation.
- Use data and insights to monitor performance and drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure HR operations comply with employment legislation and company policies.
Your skills and experience:
- Proven experience leading HR Operations teams or similar
- Strong knowledge of the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee changes, offboarding, payroll, and compliance.
- Experience managing external payroll providers in a multi-country environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in a regulated environment is an advantage.
- Passion for continuous improvement, business transformation, and employee experience.
- Strong interest in leveraging technology and automation to enhance HR services.
- Experience with Workday or similar HRIS platforms.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and prioritization skills.
- Fluency in English and German.
