To strengthen our team, we are looking for a
Head of Quality Assurance (m/f/d),
who is actively involved right from the start and contributes their experience and technical expertise.

- Ensuring compliance with all internal and external
- Reviewing and optimizing quality assurance
- Identifying errors and non-conformities and initiating
- Managing and developing the Quality Assurance team
- Conducting internal and external audits as well as
- Monitoring compliance with quality inspections in
- Developing methods for quality analysis, testing, and
- Analyzing collected production data and identifying
- Advising company management on quality-related
- Ensuring the reliability and consistency of production
- Evaluating customer requirements and ensuring
- Reporting quality disruptions to production managers or
- Communicating with external quality assurance
- Managing supplier quality and handling complaints
- Accompanying the product approval process
- Creating and reporting quality-related key performance indicators
(KPIs) internally and externally
Your profile - technical
- Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field
- Proven professional experience in quality assurance, ideally in a
- Strong knowledge of quality standards, certifications, and
- Experience with quality management systems (QMS), audits, and
- Solid understanding of statistical analysis and production data
- Proficiency in IT systems and quality management tools
