We are looking for an experienced HR Manager Germany / Head of Germany (m/f/d) to manage and coordinate the German HR organisation. As a member of the senior HR management team, the Head of HR Germany implements the jointly developed HR strategy in Germany.

Tasks

• Management of the HR organisation in Germany and its continuous development
• Responsibility for implementing the HR strategy and deriving further activities
• Ensuring operational excellence in the execution of our HR processes along the employee life cycle
• Identifying future skills and requirements for the Group and optimising our development of junior staff
• Recognising internal developments at an early stage by systematically analysing HR data and deriving specific measures
• Evaluating external developments and trends for the strategic development of the Group
• Responsibility for personnel and budget planning

Job profile

• Successfully completed studies in economics or business administration
• More than 10 years of HR experience in a manufacturing company, at least 5 years of management experience in national HR departments
• Enjoy dealing with people, but also with numbers and ideally experience with modern HR systems (SAP SuccessFactors)
• Very good knowledge of German and English
• Analytical thinking and the proven ability to act convincingly in a complex environment and develop practicable solutions
• You have good leadership skills and create an environment in which employees develop and perform at the highest level
• Strong communication skills and experience in successfully managing relationships with various stakeholders, including employees, managers and external partners
• Openness to change, including in the IT environment
