Deine Aufgaben

• Rund um unser Girokonto gestaltest Du Produkt- und Sales-Kommunikationen für unsere Kund*innen und bringst Wording, Visuals und Layouts auf den Punkt. Dabei sorgst Du über verschiedene Kanäle und Dokumente hinweg für einen konsistenten Auftritt und ein überzeugendes Kundenerlebnis durch ein einheitliches Look-and-Feel.
• Von der ersten Idee bis zur Erfolgsmessung begleitest Du Vertriebs- und Sales-Kampagnen, planst und koordinierst die Umsetzung und leitest aus den Ergebnissen konkrete Maßnahmen ab, um unsere Kampagnen noch erfolgreicher zu machen.
• Auch bei der Konzeption und Koordination von Werbemitteln, Texten, Bildern und Layouts hältst Du alle Fäden in der Hand: Du briefst die Inhalte, pflegst sie ins Content-Management-System ein und holst Legal sowie Produktverantwortliche mit ins Boot.
• Mit wachem Blick für Markt und Wettbewerb erkennst Du neue Trends und Chancen, leitest daraus Maßnahmen für unsere Produktkommunikation und Sales-Kampagnen ab - und hast dabei natürlich auch die Conversion Rate im Auge.
• Mit A/B-Tests findest Du heraus, was bei unseren Kund*innen ankommt und was nicht, hebst in enger Zusammenarbeit mit UX Wording, Kanäle, Bilder, Layouts und Features auf den Prüfstand und erstellst Business Cases für Kampagnen und Vertriebsmaßnahmen.
• Dabei helfen Dir Daten, Kundenfeedback und Voice-of-Customer-Erkenntnisse, Pain Points und Hürden zu identifizieren und Verbesserungen anzustoßen.
• Das Thema KI und Automatisierung ist ebenfalls bestens bei Dir aufgehoben, denn Du prüfst, welche neuen Technologien gut zu uns passen und womit wir Effizienz, Qualität und Kundennutzen steigern können.
• Und damit alle im Produkttribe Daily Banking an einem Strang ziehen, hältst Du Deine Kolleg*innen mit Reportings, Arbeitsanweisungen, Richtlinien und Verfahrensanweisungen up to date.

Dein Profil

• Studium mit Schwerpunkt Marketing, Kommunikation o. Ä. oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Kundenkommunikation und digitalen Vermarktung von Produkten / Services, idealerweise im Finanzumfeld
• Strukturierte, ergebnis- und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie schnelle Auffassungsgabe
• Durchsetzungsfähigkeit sowie überzeugend in Kommunikation und Präsentation
• Teamplayer mit hoher Einsatzbereitschaft, Motivation und Anpassungsfähigkeit
• Offen für kulturelle Vielfalt in einem international geprägten Umfeld
• Fließendes Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
