We’re currently looking for you as a Freelancer Product Marketing / Growth Marketing (f/m/d) to join our team in Frankfurt am Main.
Your tasks and responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Product Manager to develop and execute the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy for our SaaS product ioki Route.
- Own the Product Marketing Strategy for ioki Route, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Conceptualize and implement online & offline marketing campaigns/initiatives to generate qualified leads.
- Manage external agencies (when needed) to support campaign execution.
Your profile
Must Have:
- 5-10 years of product marketing experience in the SaaS industry
- Hands-on implementation or co-development of digital go-to-market strategies in SaaS
- Proven track record of successfully positioning and scaling products without traditional sales teams (Product-Led Growth / PLG)
- Experience in building activation, retention, and upsell funnels in a PLG environment
- Data-driven funnel optimization (A/B testing, funnel analysis, attribution modeling)
- Proficiency with CRM & analytics tools: HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, Intercom, or Pendo
- Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Looker, or Tableau
- Strong product positioning & messaging skills: Crafting audience-specific value propositions
- Translating technical features into customer-centric language (B2B/B2G/B2C)
- Sales enablement: Developing campaigns & lifecycle marketing strategies
- Content-driven growth expertise: SEO, paid media, retargeting, automated nurturing flows
- Basic technical understanding (REST APIs, webhooks, integrations)
- Strategic mindset: Customer-focused & results-driven
- Strong data-driven decision-making & communication skills

- Experience in public transport / mobility solutions
- Background in growth marketing, demand generation, or account-based marketing (ABM)
