Freelance Fashion Designer Global (m/f/d)

In this position, you play a crucial role in shaping the visual landscape of our brand. The position offers the opportunity for remote work, but requires occasional presence at the headquarters in Neu-Isenburg.

Your mission

• Interpreting concept & researching trends in favour of Global collection assuring the visibility of Alpha Industries DNA in each garment
• Work closely with the design team on seasonal research following the briefs set by the creative director
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop 
• Solid understanding of fabrics, details, trims, fit and construction
• Work closely with other members of Design team on creating and developing new collections, garments, concepts and patterns from brainstorming the ideas to the final product
• Draw the technical files for our QA team and suppliers to ensure that quality, construction, and fit are aligned with brand needs

Your profile

• An education in fashion design with 5+ years of professional experience in a similar position in an international high-fashion environment
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced ever-changing environment
• The ability to demonstrate outstanding creative instincts and a distinct point of view
• Fluent English and German proficiency in both verbal and written communication
• High taste level and creative ability
• Works with sense of urgency and ability to complete tasks with speed, ease, and accuracy
• Excellent organization skills with ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects simultaneously
