Your responsibilities:

• You will actively develop our financial and project controlling processes and ensure transparency to support well-informed business decisions.
• You will analyse financial indicators, cost centres and project developments, identify trends and derive recommendations for action.
• You will produce meaningful cost centre evaluations, reports and management analyses for the Executive Board and specialist departments.
• You will take responsibility for budget planning and forecasts and play an active role in investment decisions.
• You will provide commercial support for projects, assist with profitability assessments and ensure transparency regarding costs, resources and results.
• You enjoy setting up and further developing modern reporting structures and dashboards, contributing your own ideas and best practices in the process.
• You will optimise processes, data structures and tools in the finance department and play an active role in shaping digital development.

Your profile

• You have successfully completed a degree in business administration with a specialisation in Controlling or hold a similar qualification.
• You have relevant experience in Controlling as well as a solid understanding of accounting in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB) and the interrelationships between the balance sheet and profit and loss account, ideally from a medium-sized business environment.
• Excellent Excel skills as well as experience with ERP systems and BI and reporting tools.
• You will actively help shape our controlling and reporting tools and contribute new ideas for their further development.
• You have high standards of accuracy and quality and are a team player.
