Customer Service Representative / Test Assistant (m/f/d)

The position is to be filled on January 1, 2026, on a part-time basis (30 hours/week), initially for a fixed term of two years in accordance with the German Part-Time and Fixed-Term Employment Act (TzBfG) for the Life Service division in Frankfurt am Main.

Your profile

• Completed training in healthcare or comparable field
• Initial professional experience in administration desirable
• Confident use of common MS Office programs
• Friendly, confident, and articulate manner with our customers
• Organizational skills
• German level C-1
• Enjoy working in a team, ability to work independently
• Flexibility, enthusiasm, resilience
• Willingness to adjust working hours to the workload
• Willingness to work at other locations
