Was erwartet dich?
- Direkter Einstieg in spannende Projekte: Du entwickelst an der Basis-Software sicherheitskritischer Systeme - in Java, C++ und teilweise auch C - und erhältst so tiefen Einblick in komplexe Softwarearchitekturen.
- Technische Verantwortung ab Tag 1: Du arbeitest an Funktionsnachweisen, ergänzt bestehende Lösungen und stellst deren korrekte technische Umsetzung sicher.
- Qualität durch Automatisierung: Du gestaltest und begleitest automatisierte Testverfahren sowie Continuous-Integration-Prozesse, um Softwarequalität auf höchstem Niveau zu sichern.
- Kundennähe erleben: Du arbeitest zum Teil direkt beim Kunden vor Ort - das heißt für dich: Abwechslung, neue Umgebungen und vielfältige technische Herausforderungen im DACH-Raum.
- Teile und erweitere Dein fachliches Know-how: Durch Workshops und Coachings innerhalb deiner Fachabteilung erwartet dich eine steile Lernkurve
Was bringst du mit
- Studienabschluss in Informatik, Elektrotechnik, Software Engineering oder vergleichbaren Studiengängen
- Erste Erfahrungen mit gängigen Programmiersprachen - idealerweise in Java, C++, C oder Python
- Erste Berührungspunkte mit Embedded-Software-Entwicklung oder Web-Programmierung
- Begeisterung für komplexe Systeme sowie den Anspruch, Software nicht nur zu entwickeln, sondern auch tiefgehend zu verstehen, zu testen und kontinuierlich zu verbessern
- Reisebereitschaft für nationale Projekteinsätze bei unseren Kunden im DACH-Raum
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und fließende Englischkenntnisse

What can you expect?
- A direct start in exciting projects: You will work on the core software of safety-critical systems - using Java, C++, and occasionally C - gaining deep insights into complex software architectures.
- Technical responsibility from day one: You will contribute to proofs of functionality, enhance existing solutions, and ensure their correct technical implementation.
- Quality through automation: You will help design and implement automated testing procedures and continuous integration (CI) processes to ensure the highest level of software quality.
- Close to the customer: You’ll work directly on-site with our clients - offering you variety, new environments, and a wide range of technical challenges across the DACH region.
- Share and grow your expertise: Internal workshops and coaching sessions in your department will support your rapid development and steep learning curve.
Your profile
- A degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering or a comparable technical field
- Initial experience with common programming languages - ideally Java, C++, C or Python
- First hands-on experience with embedded software development or web programming
- A passion for complex systems and a desire to not only develop software, but also to understand, test and continuously improve it
- Willingness to travel for project assignments across the DACH region
- Business fluent German and fluent English skills
