Deine Aufgaben
- Unterstützung bei der Vorbereitung des Monatsabschlusses und Erstellung der GuV (P&L) für verschiedene Hotels
- Überprüfung von Zahlen in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Team vor Ort und einer externen Support-Agentur
- Kritische Analyse der Bilanzen einzelner Hotels nach Abschluss der Monatsbuchungen
- Identifikation und Klärung von Korrekturen oder Anpassungen mit den jeweiligen Hotelmanager*innen
- Regelmäßiger Austausch mit der Cluster Director of Finance und dem/der Cluster Financial Controller
- Vorbereitung und Nachbereitung von Hotelbesuchen zur Abstimmung finanzieller Themen vor Ort
Qualifikationen & Skills
- Erste Berufserfahrung in der Buchhaltung von Hotels
- Leidenschaft für die Hotellerie und Erfahrung im Hotelbetrieb, mit einem guten Verständnis für operative Abläufe
- Starkes Zahlenverständnis und ein ausgeprägter Blick für Details sowie Unregelmäßigkeiten
- Kenntnisse in der PMS-Software, Lohnbuchhaltungssoftware und Buchhaltungssoftware wie Exact Online, Elvy ist ein Plus
- Solide Microsoft Office-Kenntnisse, insbesondere in Word, Excel und Teams
- Kenntnisse in der Schulung von Hotelteams zu Richtlinien und SOPs
- Hinreichend vertraut mit den aktuellen/neuesten Gesetzen und Vorschriften sowie mit den Buchhaltungsrichtlinien und -verfahren
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
