The Company:
Our client is an established, global medical technology company that specializes in innovative minimal invasive therapies and other industrial applications. With over 30 years of experience, the company is a market leader in certain segments. They develop, produce and sell innovative capital equipment that is used worldwide during surgery or in other industrial applications like the semiconductor or mechanical engineering industry. The company operates in over 100 countries and is known for its technological leadership and its unique solutions - partially as a market leader. Due to the innovation driven culture they are adopting the usage of AI rather quickly, but not in all parts of the company with the same speed. They have therefore decided to build up an AI Transformation team directly reporting into the CEO and owner to implement smaller project in more agile fashion.
The Position:

• You will be responsible for the end-to-end project management of small to medium AI initiatives within the company. You will define the scope with the stakeholders and execute solutions yourself - refining them along the way to ensure that they are used effectively
• You will evaluate not only the processes and task at hand, but you will look at the whole picture, driving forward the organizational transformation around your projects - including all connected processes
• You will define requirements, processes, SOPs and restructure / automate processes closely with all relevant stakeholders for your projects
• You will build applications that help the organization and the individual employees thereby creating a positive experience with AI, further nurturing the adoption process
• You will therefore work across all value chains of the company from marketing, to R&D to production or finance & controlling
• You will collect performance data and feedback about your projects and talk about the successes in the organization

Your Profile

• You have experience with building AI applications and using AI agents to solve specific problems
• You are already experienced with organizing projects from end to end within an organization
• You have strong analytic capabilities and you have already shown that you execute projects with different stakeholders on an international level
• You push your projects to get things done in an agile fashion - fully knowing that mistakes might happen, which you then manage accordingly
• You have the ability to take stakeholders and whole organizations with you to ensure that the solutions are used to their maximum potential
• You have excellent interpersonal and business communication skills, which enable you to talk to all hierarchical levels of a complex and international matrix organization with different value chains
• You have strong presentation skills and you can be an evangelist for your projects to enthuse others about them
• You consider yourself to be hands-on and a self-starter, who is able to make decisions and get things done - if necessary quick and dirty
• You are report frequently to the management team for your projects
• You are able to travel globally
• You are fully fluent in English - German is an advantage, but not necessary
