Your tasks

• Define new AI product features as well as improve existing ones in collaboration with engineering, design, and business teams
• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery, prototyping, development and rollout
• Conduct user research via interviews and experiments to deeply understand user needs and validate hypotheses
• Collaborate closely with our ML engineering team to build features that solve real business problems and align with the company strategy
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to ensure successful go-to-market and adoption of new AI-powered capabilities
• Monitor feature performance, gather feedback, and iterate quickly
• Stay on top of current trends in AI/LLMs and assess how they can create product opportunities

Your Profile

• At least 2-4 years of experience in product management, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment
• Strong conceptual understanding of both traditional Machine Learning and LLMs
• Track record in developing or managing successful AI-driven products or features
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Familiarity with agile software development methodologies and experience working with cross-functional teams
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI tools to improve product management workflows (e.g. prototyping, documentation)
• Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken), German is advantageous

Even better if you have

• Experience developing AI-powered products in heavily regulated industries (e.g. legaltech, proptech, fintech)
• Knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP) concepts and applications
