Your mission

• Independently manage ongoing financial accounting (AR, AP, and general ledger)
• Review and post invoices, receipts, and bank transactions in multiple currencies
• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (HGB & IFRS)
• Assist in preparing financial reports and business evaluations
• Support budget planning and monitoring
• Maintain and further develop controlling tools (e. g. Excel models)
• Reconcile accounts, manage dunning, and ensure accurate account maintenance
• Prepare VAT returns and financial/tax reports
• Collaborate closely with tax advisors and auditors
• General administrative activities in accounting
• Help with in-house payroll processing

Your profile

• You have completed commercial training or hold a qualification as a tax clerk.
• You have an analytical and accurate mindset - initial experience in controlling is an advantage.
• You have solid knowledge of accounts payable and receivable booking.
• You confidently handle VAT matters and ensure correct postings.
• You are fluent in German and have good English skills.
• You are familiar with German tax law and payroll processes.
• You have a strong accounting foundation and experience with tools like DATEV, SAP, or Lexware.
• You are proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.

Deine Aufgaben

• Selbstständige Bearbeitung der laufenden Finanzbuchhaltung, insbesondere in den Bereichen Debitoren-, Kreditoren- und Sachkontenbuchhaltung
• Prüfung, Erfassung und Buchung von Rechnungen, Belegen und Kontoauszügen in verschiedenen Währungen
• Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB und IFRS
• Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung von Finanzberichten und Unternehmensbewertungen
• Unterstützung bei der Budgetplanung und -überwachung
• Pflege und Weiterentwicklung von Controlling-Tools (z. B. Excel-Modelle)
• Pflege, Abstimmung und Klärung von Konten sowie Verwaltung des Mahnwesens
• Erstellung von Umsatzsteuervoranmeldungen sowie anderen steuerlichen und finanziellen Meldungen
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Steuerberatern und Wirtschaftsprüfern
• Allgemeine administrative Tätigkeiten im Rechnungswesen
• Unterstützung bei der Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung

Dein Profil

• Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine Ausbildung zum/zur Steuerfachangestellten
• Du bringst analytisches und akkurates Denken mit - erste Erfahrung im Controlling ist von Vorteil.
• Fundierte Grundkenntnisse im Rechnungswesen sowie Erfahrung mit Buchhaltungssoftware (z. B. DATEV, SAP, Lexware)
• Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel
• Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Sorgfältige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
• Teamgeist, Kommunikationsstärke und ein hohes Maß an Eigenverantwortung
