Your Tasks

• Internal and external interface function of sales projects from briefing to delivery
• Daily customer communication and support of well-known FMCG customers
• Price negotiations with customers
• Planning and implementation of customer briefings in cooperation with development and production
• Project documentation
• Data maintenance in our ERP system, especially project creation and quotation generation
• Participation in sales and target price calculations as well as turnover planning
• Creation of the CPS (Critical Path Schedule)
• Contact person for the customer during the entire project
• Preparation of meetings and presentations for customers as well as internal departments
• Responsibility for the approval process for the customer and the production department
• Production support for ongoing productions
• Budget and contribution margin responsibility for own projects as well as strategic market developments
• Checking and monitoring of deadlines and schedules

Your Profile

• Completed vocational training in the commercial field
• First experience in a comparable position in the project business necessary, preferably from the environment of exhibition stand construction, store fitting or in the plastics or metal processing industry
• Strong customer orientation
• Willingness to travel occasionally
• You have the distinct ability to organize and coordinate processes
• You have above-average commitment, team spirit and flexibility
• Very good written and spoken English
• Confident handling of common MS Office applications and experience with ERP systems
